Get to know the Testbirds Style “Orga 4.0” and how we implement self-leadership
You might have heard a lot of the buzz word “New Work” recently. But from our own experience, it takes a while to grasp what this is really all about and it also requires a change of someone’s mindset. Because usually we grew up and were socialized in a world where it is a lot about hierarchies, status, control, employer/managers vs. employees and vice versa, non-transparent decision, etc. But this is not the mindset we would like to work with at Testbirds. That’s why we came up with four “Orga 4.0” principles which are guiding the way we believe Testbirds should function. All these principles follow the idea of self-leadership and an underlying worldview about best intentions.
