Corporate Innovation – Bring your problem. Find your solution (Session#2 of Corporate Innovation Day) by Startup Alm & minnosphere
Almost every company is on the lookout for innovative solutions to digitize its existing business model or develop new digital business models. In most cases, companies have high expectations of innovation programs, which in our experience mostly aren´t met. We demonstrate our approach to validate innovations quickly through prototypes and to anchor innovations in companies through small success stories starting at your existing core processes. We will present a general overview about the process and make it tangible via a use-case from the logistics domain that we implemented following the approach. We wrap up the topic by presenting possible next steps via the platform Joolia when the approach is settled in your company and you want to scale it.
The talk & discussions will take place at the wonderful Knödel-Alm in the middle of the buzzing Werksviertel München.

Außerdem geben wir einen Ausblick auf mögliche nächste Schritte mittels der Plattform Joolia, wenn das Vorgehen im Unternehmen etabliert werden konnte und es nun skaliert werden soll.
