Startup SAFARI Munich is an event platform that lists, markets and manages access (through ticketing) to events submitted and hosted by individuals and/or companies. For the avoidance of doubt, Startup Safari / Founders Syndicate Global is not the creator, organizer or owner of the events listed on the platform. Rather, Startup Safari Munich provides its Services, which allow Organizers to submit and promote their events & outsource ticketing and registration as well as booking of their session. The Organizer is solely responsible for ensuring that any page displaying an event on the Services (and the event itself) meet all applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations, and that the goods and services described on the event page are delivered as described and in an accurate satisfactory manner. The Organizer is solely responsible that the event and its execution meet all applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations. Furthermore the Organizer is solely liable for breaches of those laws, rules, regulations as well as any personal- and material damage. Startup Safari / Founders Syndicate cannot be held liable for any damages occurred during the respective event. In case a participant books more than one session, Startup SAFARI is not responsible for transportation between the respective events.
